They did a good job and I used them for several years. Unfortunately this year we got a notice from them letting us know they are no longer doing residential properties, only commercial.

I thought they did a good job. The only problem is they are a little slow in returning their phone calls. One time they were in the neighborhood, and I asked them to aerate my yard, and they never called me back. I also asked them to blow out my sprinkler system, and I never heard back from them then either.

It went well. I called Ryan in the afternoon and he called back that night to schedule a blow-out for the next day. I was surprised he was available as the first snowfall of the season was expected, but he fit us in. By the time he blew out our sprinklers at 8:30PM that night, there were 3 inches of snow on the ground. But we're thankful Ryan kept his commitment to blow them out, as we beat the freeze.
