 + 0 moreMy instructor is actually an employee of the gym and now it is a power yoga class. The communication is better if you are a member of the gym and not a punch card member as far as scheduling of the classes.
Description of Work: The Gym Fitness Center of Castle Rock is where I go to take a couple of yoga classes. I really do not know anything about the other fitness classes or the gym itself.

They have all the amenities. They're nice and willing to help you in way they can. They have a great variety of their classes that they offer and it changes monthly, so that you're never bored. They have a child church facility that's free. They have the best range of available open hours and it works for me. Everything I need to use is up to par.
Description of Work: I used the services of The Gym Fitness Center Of Castle Rock. I've been there for three months.
