It was good. They were good at communicating, price was reasonable, and they did what they said they're going to do.

I was working overseas for much of the work, so could not stay on top of things like I normally would. But Sonners Contracting turned out to be a great choice. They met with the insurance adjuster upfront to gain agreement on the scope of the work, and the costs involved. My wife made a few color selections, and from there on out, Sonners managed the entire restoration effort. The project was completed on time and on budget, with excellent quality. Sonners kept the jobsite neat and clean, and minimized the disruption to my family's routine. I highly recommend Sonners Contracting.

Sonners Contracting Inc. assisted us with dealing with our very difficult insurance provider, and handled all communication between us and them until finally getting our provider to approve the services we needed.  

Dave Sonner was available to us at any hour to address our questions and calm any concerns we may have had, and the work was completed quickly, on-time, and they kept our property clean as they worked.  They finished our project with the utmost quality and integrity.

We had a section of siding on our house that was damaged due to years of water missing the gutter and running down the side. Dave was quick to come out and give us a very reasonable estimate on replacing the siding and fixing the root cause of the problem. The siding on our house is no longer being made so Dave had to go the extra mile to find the product in another state. After having it shipped here he was able to quickly wrap up our project. I'm sure it turned out to be a lot more work than he initially anticipated, but our final cost was right in line with the initial bid. Through the whole process, Dave was very good about keeping us in the loop. We were very pleased with Dave and his team and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

I worked with Mike and Dave Sonner remotely (from FL) to get this job completed.   

They accomplished all of the steps listed above and made changes to work as required by Castle Rock at no additional charges.  I have worked with Mike Sonner on multiple roofs and would recommend Sonner Contracting highly.   Their integrity and willingness to work with the owners and me to get this job done in a good manner helped me market the home for sale and brought the price up by about $20K above market.  All in all a great transaction.  Honesty, Integrity, and Knowledge of products, insurance, and local codes were exceptional.
