Paula came out to give us an estimate and compared to 3 other local companies their price was the lowest. The hardwood floor refinish that Alex did was very professional. Our home is 17 years old and some hardwood areas had to be replaced too. Everything blends and looks as good as new. A BIG thanks to them!

I would highly recommend Royal Surfaces. They refinished our main floor and installed additional wood flooring in our house. They took extra time to make sure we picked a color that we would like. They were very professional in working with several aspects, including working around a fireplace, our stair spindles, and the overall space prep. They did a 5-star job in every aspect of the job.

Both Paula and Alex were a pleasure to work with. Expectations were met on all levels and our red oak floors are now a beautiful ebony color with a satin finish. I have recommended to several neighbors already.

This was the best service I have ever received from a company. They were so professional. My floors look so amazing. My house looks like a brand new house. My floors are so perfect and the color is just what I needed. I highly recommend this company. Even after finishing my floors they left me a floor clean set and I thought wow they went over the top. Paula and Alex were great to work with. I did not meet the others who helped with the sanding of our floors. They did a good job covering cabinets and openings with plastic. There was only a thin layer of dust in joining rooms (as Paula says, "about a week's worth of dust", which is about right). Alex had to color match an adjoining room and did a great job with that. Our floors in the kitchen and eating nook had to be refinished due to a minor flood in January. I highly recommend the water based finish. Nice matte finish and hardly any smell. I highly recommend Royal Surfaces. On time, clean, professional.

Alex and Manny did an awesome job on our fhardwood floors. Alex repaired our water damaged floor, sanded, stained and did 3 coats of satin finish. The floors are beautiful! Alex and Manny were always on time and provided extra help as requested. I highly recommend their services.
