Rocky Ridge Exteriors did an exceptional repair on my home! Quinn is so great to work with and he listens well to ensure his team will do the job correct. The quality and craftsmanship of Rocky Ridge Exteriors is the best! I have a former background in construction and I'm extremely meticulous so getting a five star rating from me is rarely achievable - clearly they deserved it. Excellent work done by Rocky Ridge Exteriors at a very good price. I had several windows with rotting exterior trim and siding which needed replacement. After an on-site inspection, the quote from Rocky Ridge Exteriors was far better than other contractors. Rocky Ridge Exteriors was able to get the materials and work scheduled within two weeks. Work was completed in one day. I was very happy with the work done and will look forward to working with Rocky Ridge Exteriors again in the future.

I contacted Rocky Ridge Exteriors using the email interface on their website on Monday, heard back first thing Tuesday, and Quinn was here on time on Wednesday morning to take a look. He worked carefully to not damage anything on our leaky window while he took apart the trim to find the problem. He identified the problem, cleaned out old caulk from previous attempts at fixes, and installed new materials all the same morning. He explained thoroughly his thinking about the problem, the materials he was using, and how they would work to divert water away from our leak. I found him very easy to work with. I wanted to take pictures of all the steps so I could remember what had been done later, and he was very accommodating of that as well. I highly recommend Rocky Ridge - we plan to have them back if we have any future siding issues.

We had a GREAT experience with Rocky Ridge Exteriors. Quinn and his team helped use retrofit new siding to match existing siding (Which is not easy to do) and painted our house. We removed a stone veneer and found that the veneer had damaged the face of our foundation walls. Quinn quickly had a reasonable and revised quote and repaired the foundation walls and now they look brand new. We had received quotes from other contractors, but the professionalism from Quinn and his team were head and shoulders above the rest. They were knowledgeable, clean, punctual, respectful, safe, and gave me daily updates on progress. Would highly recommend.

Quinn and his team were incredible. Great product and great effort getting everything done and done well. We had to replace windows that were leaking due to poor installation and the stucco siding around the windows was peeling away as well. Quinn's crew replaced the windows, took the stucco off down to the substructure and then restucco'd the front of the house. The match with the other stucco areas was incredible, the inside finish work is much better than was there and it was all done on time. I couldn't be happier with the work. My neighbor even comments about how great the house looks, but also how the workers cleaned up his yard too as the wind was blowing pretty hard during the tear off stages. I have additional work that will need to be done in the future and Rocky Ridge will be the only call I will make.

Best contractor I have worked with. I called Rocky Ridge Exteriors for a quote on Siding repair. Quinn was quick to call me back and was at my house the next day. Pricing was reasonable and the work was done quickly after I signed the contract. Quinn was great through the whole process as he was at the property twice a day during the work to make sure everything was being completed as needed and to make sure I was informed along the way and to answer any question. Once again Quinn is the best contractor I have worked with. Highly recommend this company.

Rocky Ridge was by far, one of the best companies to work with when it came to our recent Siding Project. Quinn was top notch during the entire process. He always kept in touch and kept us informed on everything that was going on and was very attentive and knowledgeable when we had questions and concerns. Quinn is a wonderful person! He came out to give me an estimate for windows. He, then, came back out after I received estimates from other companies and pointed out what crucial mistakes they had missed in giving their estimates. I was very impressed with Quinn’s knowledge and time devoted to my concerns. Quinn’s company also came in at $5000, $10,000, and $15,000 less than the other companies. The windows he proposed were of a very good quality and very pleasing to the eye. In the end, my loan for the windows did not go through; so, I was unable to have the windows installed. However, Quinn was there for me again and fixed 3 of my existing windows because I didn’t get the loan. 5 stars to this business!!!!

Quinn and his crew did a great job replacing the siding that needed to be done due to woodpecker and water damage. He was honest and told us if it were his house he would only replace what needed to be done and not the whole house which we were considering doing. The crew went above and beyond by doing the little things like power washing a section of the house that they weren't even doing any siding and fixing the house numbers that were crooked. The crew even went above and beyond by painted some trim around the garage. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

They did a fabulous job, I will give them five star rating except for one thing. They cut every line, cables and wires that came in to our house. The telephone wire, internet and cable so we have nothing. They should have cut a whole instead of cutting all those lines, and they must have asked the homeowner what those lines are asked permission before cutting. I Called Rocky Ridge Exteriors, they did everything that could to helped us with the issue.

If you’re like most people on the Front Range, hiring a contractor for major renovations / projects always seems to be a hit or miss scenario. Such has been the case, at least for me in the past. So it was with a great deal of trepidation that I began my search for a contractor to do the most extensive project (to date) on my almost 40 year old house near Conifer – complete residing and replacement of close to 20 windows of varying size. Ultimately I chose Rocky Ridge Exteriors for the project. They were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. Their bid for the job came in at about the 90th percentile of all the bids I had received. Nonetheless I picked them because the project managers Lance and Daniel (yes there were two) really seemed to listen to my ideas and concerns, made a number of very prescient recommendations (for example an insulation barrier under the new siding to augment existing insulation as well as different styles of windows to enhance the views from my home), and they were always available to answer questions / concerns. Right from the start I knew I made the right decision. I was told when the work crew would begin the work and to my surprise they showed up right at the time promised (a first for any of the contractors I have hired in the past). Furthermore they were the most professional and organized work crew that I have ever dealt with – each man had specific responsibilities and they each executed on them flawlessly. They worked hard to minimize any inconvenience to me and my family and the job site was cleaned up every day. I should mention that I chose ColorStrand siding (impervious to elements and woodpeckers, which are a major nuisance up here in Conifer). Windows are Simonton of various designs (i.e. double sliding / double hung / picture, etc.) and they look great. Taken together the siding, insulation and windows have made a noticeable difference in the interior temperature of my house keeping it noticeably warmer during the very cold days often experienced here in Conifer in the winter. In conclusion I am extremely pleased with the finished work and would enthusiastically recommend Rocky Ridge Exteriors for any siding / window replacement you may be contemplating.
