Everything went fine

I was very pleased with the work Wes and his assistant did for us. They arrived on time and were very courteous. Since the work was done two and a half weeks ago, I have used the tub and there have been no leaks or other problems. I will not be able to try the shower until the tile is installed. The total cost of the work, including the trim which they have not yet installed, was $1350.00. Since the initial job took all day, it seemed to be a reasonable price. They only asked me to pay $1,000.00 when they left that day, with the other $350.00 becoming due when they return to finish the trim. This is the second time I have used Pro Plumbing and been pleased with their work. I would certainly recommend them to others.

i have used Pro Plumbing Service twice now and am very pleased with their performance and professionalism. Very knowledgable, responsive and did what they promised in follow up. They did not charge me for their first call, even after fixing several fixtures for me and were quite reasonably priced for the next call. I would definitely recommend them and expect to use them for a major renovation project later in the year.

Their service was excellent - came out and gave an estimate on the day I called and then came back the next day to do the job. They were quick, friendly and very fairly priced.

We discovered the leak right after the 6 days of below freezing weather we had in mid December. Because of a backlog of work due to the cold weather, they couldn't get to us for four days. However, they came to look at it and then fix it exactly when they said they would. Their estimate was reasonable. The contractor they sent to dig out the spigot and replace it was wonderful! They were a husband and wife team. They worked several hours in the cold and mist and proved to be efficient, very capable and extremely pleasant. They used a backhoe to do the digging and returned everything to the way it was. I would certainly contact PRO Plumbing Service for any of our plumbing needs! Also, the receptionist was so very helpful and understanding.

Very good service. Chris explained everything very clearly up front, and performed the work professionally - replacing the worn parts and rectifying a problem with the original installation. He left me with great info on regular maintenance I can do. This will be the first place I call next time I need work done.

I went to the company website and sent in a appointment request. I was called the next business day and was able to schedule a maintenece appointment for the furnaces and a plumbing check for the following day. Chris called prior to arrival (which was a little earlier then scheduled :)) and was very professional and helpful. He checked both furnaces and replaced filters. He also checked all drains and toilets in the house as well as the two water heaters and water pressure. He consulted us on replacing the disposal and a plan for the future replacement of the water heaters. We are very grateful for the help, service and consultation. I do wish there would have been a separate price for doing a home with 2 furnaces rather than paying the individual price twice. But other than that... we were very pleased.

He gave an average price. It was not low and it was not high, so I went ahead and had him do it. I wanted him to put in a sink and he wanted to charge $800, the other company charged $250. The first meeting went well. He did the work and that was it. The second time he came, he tried to over charge me. I would not use them again.

We are doing an extensive house remodel. The house was gutted.and all plumbing was exposed. We wanted to install a new shower, move two toilets and and fix the kitchen sink drain which we found had been installed incorrectly per code. Pro Plumbing proposed doing these things for a cost of $865. The cost was high because they proposed moving the master bath toilet, the drain for which ran through a floor joist which was difficult to get to and in a very tight corner. We ultimately decided not to move the master bath toilet because it would necessitate getting a framing inspection and there was no guarantee it would not end up requiring more extensive work once they got into it. Therefore, we asked them to just move the toilet in the the other bathroom, which was much, much easier. The total time to do this work ended up being about two hours. Even thought the job ended up being much easier than proposed, they did not back off from their original proposal which included the difficult master bath toilet move, even though they did not do it! I called them and explained this but they would not budge. They said they wrote the proposal wrong, they meant to include the easier move only, not the one for the master bath. So for about two hours work and $25 of materials I had to pay them $865. This works out to over $400/hr. for labor! The office pays lip service to "making it right" and repeats what they have learned to say for service recovery, but does not actually work to make it right.
In addition, the "master plumber" installed the shower drain 1" too high, forcing me to pour a much thicker mortar base than needed. Shouldn't a "master plumber" know how to install a shower flange correctly?
I would not recommend that you allow them to perform any services in your home.

Chris came out on a moments notice, (about an hour), after I called about a drain that had backed up into the basement and flooded the basement. I contacted several providers and Pro Plumbing was the fastest to respond. Anyways; Chris showed up and went right to work snaking a drain that was plugged nearly 40ft below the fixture. Once the drain was cleared, and he tested it by filling the sink about 6 times, when the threads on the strainer in the sink broke off from being old and corroded. Chris took off for Home Depot, got a new strainer, returned, and had it installed in about 30 minutes. His total trip was about an hour including a Home Depot run which isn't that close. Once all the work was completed, Chris hung around about 10 minutes to explain to my family how get the water softener working, and what type of enzymes we should use on the drains to prevent more clogs since it is a septic system. Chris went out of his way to help out, even after he had "clocked out." I would recommend Pro Plumbing to friends in need.

I had a freeze break just inside the pipe from the outside hose bib.
They had to cut off 4" of the copper pipe and replace it and add the
hose bib to the outside. This took approximately 45 mins. at the most.
The guys were very professional, responsive and the work was done
well. They showed up within 1 hour of when I called.
I had no idea what plumbers charge because I have never
hired a one here. However, I spoke with 2 property management
companies, both of whom said it should have been about $160-200 maximum. I
think this was high for this repair, but I'm not familiar with how much
plumbers charge, but I know they are expensive.

Wes came out two hours after I called in a sewage backup. The contractor for my home warranty company could not respond for two days and this was unacceptable. Pro Plumbing to the rescue! They snaked the line to clear it and then did a video of the sewer pipe to show where the pipe was broken and debris was accumulating causing backups. I will use the video CD they provided to get my warranty company to fix the line in the near future. Wes is polite and proffessional and has the equipment to do the job. They even gave me a discount on the camera probe and video CD.

Chris Fontana originally came out for a water drip from the supply line, but when he was out he noticed the age of the hot water heater and recommended a replacement. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, and gave a very fair estimate for the replacement. I called Chris back a few days later, and setup a time for the replacement. Chris was on time, professional, and polite. Chris also did a fantastic full featured replacement (Piping, Gas lines, etc) of most of the attached hot water heater accessories. I overall highly recommend Chris if you are in need of a replacement hot water heater.

Wow, sticker shock! $800 for a $150 part + 2-3 hours labor = too expensive for me.
We called to have the valve for a tub & shower replaced. This was a
very simple job, the walls had been taken out so everything was easy to
get to, etc. I asked that they just pick up the part and come on out to
fix it, expecting to pay time and materials. They sent two people out
instead with no part and must have charged me for both! One (the
'estimator') left after while and then the other guy had to go and get
the part. It was a simple, one person job. The person who did the work
was polite and the work looks good, but I think I paid close to
$200/hour for the productive time on the job. I've used them before and
they seemed OK, but the pricing is a mystery to me - I can't afford to
use this company again.
I should have known better. I had them bid on
another job previously and they came in at well over twice the price of
the company I selected. Shame on me for not knowing better.

I called and spoke with Patty, who is absolutely a delight to speak with. She is very personable and provides great communication regarding the services and appointment information. My kitchen sink would not drain and I tried everything I could on my own. Bryan came over the same day I called which is great. He was very professional, happy to explain the full process and was very nice. I really appreciate Pro Plumbing and I will be using their services again, in fact I've already made another appointment for a few more items that need attention. The price was very reasonable and I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs the services they provide!

The work was very expertly performed in my ten-year old Parker home. I have nothing but praise for the quality and efficiency of the service overall. Bobby & his father did the work. No complaints and I would use them again in a heart beat.

We asked them to come out to check a leak. They kept recommending us to other companies. They were nice and were willing to come back. They recommended me to another company that specialized in that type of air conditioner.
