Pine Valley Landscaping

Description of Work: We had Pine Valley Landscaping for three years for our lawn service twice per month during the summer and for fall and spring clean-up. Initially, they were great and responsive and took care of everything (lawn care, aerating, turning on and off the sprinkler system, etc). However, this past year to year and a half, they have been horrible. They forgot to turn on our sprinkler system this year and now all of our grass is dead in the front. In years past, they have made it a point to ask us when we'd be home so they could get it turned on, but this year, they (and we, to be fair) forgot. I kept wondering why the front was looking worse and worse, but they didn't even comment on it until September of this year... Now we have to replace all of that grass. Also, near the end of last summer, we had large weeds growing in the back yard which were never even addressed until I called (multiple times!) and then they "sprayed" them, but never actually weeded them as I had specifically requested SEVERAL times. Finally, late this summer, they cut (roots still intact) the weeds (now about 3-4 feet!) down with a weed-whacker, but then left the dried stems and stuff for ME to pick up. I called and asked why and the answer was that it was really hot that day and they were tired. REALLY?? The weed remains are still there, even after I complained. Needless to say, I think they don't really care anymore about my lawn and just want the money I keep paying them (for no apparent reason). We are using a different lawn service from now on.

Description of Work: Pine Valley Landscaping did some rocking of an area of our yard and they did some edging.
