Their time estimate was 7 working days to completion but after 10 working days they were still no where near complete. There were several days where they either showed up for an hour and did little to no work or did not show up at all.
The work they did do was not great - obviously rushed and very little attention to detail:-broken drywall in corners and in ceiling edge-things in the quote where not completed-heating duct was drywalled over-had to call the inspector back for a re-inspection because they didn't finish the work they said was ready for inspection
When I called to let them know I would not be continuing with their services Mark got very uncooperative and took no responsibility for his employees or the work he had done personally.
Mark?s teams were highly skilled and very professional - a pleasure to have in our home. The carpet installers (Hector, George, and Thom) were not only able to replace the carpet padding, but they also saved the existing carpet, restretching and attaching it (which wasn?t an easy task), rather than trying to talk us into just letting them replace it, which would have been much more expensive. The carpenter who replaced the baseboards (Jesse) was able to perfectly match the style and color of the original molding, fitting the joints seamlessly around some oddly-shaped corners. Overall, we were very pleased with, not just the work, but the people who performed it. Thank you Peaks to Plains Construction!
