 + -1 moreBrian "fired" us for calling him on a sarcastic answer as to why he rescheduled us without even telling us. He rescheduled us 4 or 5 times, of memory serves me correctly. Gets old.
Description of Work: Brian cannot keep on schedule. And not only that. Brian never lets you know he shifted your project around unless you contact him. Then, maybe in a day or two, he might respond. When one questions why their project has been rescheduled and w/o notice, he spews sarcasm and is offensive instead of trying to look at things from the customers point of view. We're so happy we didn't exchange any money with him as in a deposit or anything. He should remember that "word-of-mouth" is his best reference. He shifted us so many times and for various reasons. This is not a reflection on his work as we only saw pictures. We read good reviews of his work except for this one in Angie's List.

concrete driveways
 + -1 moreWhile the process went well at end first month the surface started cracking. Cracks extend through the control joints. We have many cracks and new ones continue to appear. Palms tells us it is the nature of the material... and offers no worthwhile warrantee nor do they stand behind their word when asked to step up and be responsible for the poor end result. After discussing with several people it would appear that the material was too dry when laid down. Palms would say they did everything right - I would say that 'stuff happens'' and if you care anything about customers and your professional reputation you step up and make it right rather than stonewall a client and walk away. I would not recommend and tell you to be very skeptical of any promises from this company they are truly unprofessional and not to be trusted.
Description of Work: Replaced driveway and steps to front entrance.
