Cracks extend through the control joints. We have many cracks and new ones continue to appear.
Palms tells us it is the nature of the material... and offers no worthwhile warrantee nor do they stand behind their word when asked to step up and be responsible for the poor end result.
After discussing with several people it would appear that the material was too dry when laid down.
Palms would say they did everything right - I would say that 'stuff happens'' and if you care anything about customers and your professional reputation you step up and make it right rather than stonewall a client and walk away.
I would not recommend and tell you to be very skeptical of any promises from this company they are truly unprofessional and not to be trusted.
