Joel (Muller) responded quickly to first contact. was very knowledgable and helpful with regard to figuring out our projects, provided comprehensive, professional, and competitive estimates, performed very high quality work with punctuality and courtesy, used the best materials, and left the work site in wonderful condition. We plan on using Joel again.

+ -1 moreVery well. It looks great. We've worked with Joel before, and felt comfortable enough with him to just give him a key to the house for the duration of the work. This was a big plus since we both work.
Description of Work: Living room: (1) complete re-insulation, including striping the room to the studs, spray in foam insulation, re-drywall, and paint, (2) replace existing window, 2 patio doors, and 2 skylights with better insulated and better looking (aluminum clad exterior, oak interior) ones, (3) add 2 new picture windows, (4) add ceiling fan, (5) wrap ceiling beam in oak to match new windows, and (6) change existing bounced florescent light system to one that doesn't hum. The living room was 10 degrees colder than the dining room and is now only 3 degrees cooler. In the long run, I think this will be much better than adding supplemental heat, and we took advantage of the insulation work to get some remodeling done at the same time. Rest of house: replace 3 additional patio doors, 2 windows, and 3 additional skylights
