Ed is very professional and the life time guarantee is unmatched.  If we have an extra smoky car that needs to be treated a second time, Ed has been prompt and professional.  It is very rare that a vehicle needs to be treated more than once, so when he needs to come back a second time, it is not an indication of his product but a result of the platform on which he is working.  (stinky cars)

Had a gentleman, Ed Brookes make an appointment with me and the property manager. He showed up on time, did an inspection and gave us a quote that was far less expensive than other vendors who did other things like carpet cleaning and odors. He insisted that they only do odors so they were specialists. We agreed to let him do the job that night while we went to dinner. We came home to a clean and fresh home that just smelled as Ed said - neutral. Good process.
