She gets a certain commission off of the house when the house sells. The cost is all tied in together. She showed us houses in the Littleton area. She went out on 5 different days with us. Her husband Ray Wilson did too at different times. They alternated back and forth. They helped us find our house. They were there for the closing and took care of the whole thing. She was excellent. She was very very good. We saw a lot of houses. She was very responsive to what we were looking for and helped us narrow down the search. She spent a lot of time on it. She knew a lot about the area. She has lived in this area for quite a long time. She steered us away from some areas where she said the soil was bad and we could possibly have problems with the foundation cracking and so forth. She really knew the Denver metro area really well. The price was fair.
