I would like to give an exemplary comment for Bryan in the plumbing dept. in Castle Rock. Bryan was very knowledgeable regarding our dilemma. We purchased faucets at another store & the water hoses were too short & the fittings were different. Bryan kicked into gear & gave us hope because he knew just what to do. He resolved our issue, which without his expertise, could have cost us a lot of money if we had to hire a Plummer to reroute the water lines, not to mention the delay in completing our project! He provided top notch customer service, calmed all our worries & resolved our situation with care. Please acknowledge this man, this very valuable employee. Thank you so much, Bryan! They helped and showed me different types of carpeting. It was nice, a man came out and had his wife with him actually, like a husband and wife team. They came in and done it all in one day. They came in, and we ordered pizza for lunch it was nice.

I would have given them an 'A' for everything, except there was supposed to be a rebate available and we were under the impression it was supposed to be from Lowes. The sales person at Lowes made it sound like we would qualify for a rebate and we didn't. The price was fair and delivery was great.
