Laptop Repair Castle Rock

Recently Tim was able to help me recover my Dell laptop's failed encrypted hard drive. I had initially contacted Dell support and, while they aren't up to the Apple level...they were good, but their solution would have replaced my hard drive and done nothing for the data. I sought local help! I had called a few data recovery services on Friday night and didn't get a warm feeling. Tim was open on Saturday morning even in the middle of our recent spring snow storm. With no small amount of trepidation, I turned the laptop over to Tim.

Long story short...over the next week Tim worked closely with me and the Dell "Hard Problem" expert we finally were allowed to talk to. Between Dell's expertise and Tim's local support they recovered all of my data and replaced the failed drive. Throughout the process Tim took all the right steps to diagnose the problem and do so in a way that if he was wrong he could recover safely. Unlike other repair shops, he knows what he doesn't know and was very cautious in his handling of the laptop and especially my data.

I couldn't be happier with the result and the very reasonable price.

Other repair shops would have sent the computer to California. This work was done at the Centennial location in a matter of a very few days. The laptop has been completely restored. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Tim is really excellent and diagnosing and correcting problems.  I have
taken my laptop to him twice.  It was overheating and I kept getting
BSODs.  It doesn't take him very long to diagnose the problem.  He said
it was simply a setting and he changed it and lowered the power and I
have not any problems since then.  Most recently, I took it in again
because all my USB ports stopped working.  He gave me a free estimate
and said that it was a hardware issue.  He told me the cost of replacing
the motherboard on the same model and it was quite expensive.  He did
not try to talk me into fixing it.  He did not charge me for the
diagnosis.  Great guy and he knows computers.

Tim was very quickly able to understand what we were trying to accomplish.  We are a small business, and because of the network connectivity to the large copier/printer/scanner we had to have very specific network connectivity established between all our computers and the other equipment.
Tim was able to troubleshoot individual issues very quickly and in less than an hour we had our initial setup all converted and running.
He is very professional and we will certainly be using him for any networking and computer issue we encounter in the future.

I was very pleased. They seemed to be competent and reliable. They had to order a part and they got the computer back as promised. They had to order a wireless computer card. They cleaned the fan and everything is working fine. I was pleased with the service. It was a very good experience.

I am very happy with their service, I've continued to use them. They are very reliable and offer reasonable prices. I'd absolutely use them again.

COMPUTER CRASHED AND TOOK IT TO MY CM AND THEY GOT IT BACK TO US IN THREE WORKING DAYS. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS IN ANSWERING ALL COMPUTER RELATED QUESTIONS. THEIR FOLLOW UP SERVICE WAS ALSO EXCELLENT.
