Set up an appointment for a quote on a water softener and Reverse Osmosis system. The tech was on time and very thorough, explained everything. He provided me with all the options and the costs. I got two other quotes and Kionics came in with the best quote for what I wanted. Scheduled the installation and the installation tech showed up right on time. The whole process was smooth, professional and hassle free. About 2 to 3 weeks after the install, the tech scheduled a visit to test the water to make sure everything was working well. He was on time and very professional. I have had the system for a couple months now and everything is working well.

Installlation was scheduled the week after my initial consultation. Work was completed in a few hours. When I noticed a few adjustments I wanted made to the routing of the new water lines, Ray was happy to come back out and knocked them out in 15 minutes. These systems are by no means cheap, but thus far Kionics' support has been stellar and Kinetico has a long history of high quality, reliable products.

Outstanding! I highly recommend both Pure Water Solutions and their Kinetico products. PWS has outstanding customer service and has installed and serviced two of the three Kinetico systems we have owned. I have been completely satisfied with everything they have done. We have also had (over many years and homes) two Rainsoft softeners and one Culligan. Kinetico is by far and without question the best. One investment and many years of trouble free service.

Overall, I am very pleased with our purchased. I worked with Mike Patterson and he did a fantastic job answering all of my questions. He found a solution that worked for my home and budget. Our installer-Travis also did a nice job installing the system. No issues so far. I also appreciated that Mike followed up with me after install to ensure I was satisfied and answered a few questions that I had about the softener. I would recommend Pure Water Solutions.

Everything went very well and was a stress free experience!! I have been having water issues for about a year and a half and was becoming very frustrated with the issues. So, after getting fed up and stressed out about my water issues I contacted Pure Water Solutions, they were very professional from the moment they picked up the phone to greet me, to the moment when the technician completed the installment of their products! The company is incredibly knowledgeable. You know what you're getting, there's no unexpected fees. They make a wonderful system. No one else carries it. We also have the reverse osmosis. Compared to other people we had up here over the last couple of years. We just felt very comfortable with this company.

They first came over and did a water analysis testing for hard water, chlorine, iron, etc. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We then set up an install one week later where the guy was on time and did a professional install. We got the water softer installed in the basement feeding to inside the house, and also to the hose outlets on the outside so that I can wash the car with soft water w/o leaving hard water spots all over my car. It's been 3 weeks and the water is so much better, the clothes come out cleaner and softer, soap in the shower works so much better, soap in the dishwasher works so much better. We also had the K5 reverse osmosis system installed under the kitchen sink putting a faucet right there for us. They also ran a line to the refrigerator so that the water and ice from the fridge tastes better than bottled water! It was kinda expensive for both systems installed, but it's definitely top of the line in terms of quality and we have the best water on the block.
