KC Mortgage, LLC provided my family and I more than just a great rate on a home loan. The owner, Kay Cleland, also provided peace of mind during the entire loan process. Mortgage documents and disclosures were intimidating materials to read often times difficult to understand. Kay literally went out of her way and traveled to me on more than one occasion to sit down and explain every document. Kay also made herself readily available to walk me through the process and keep me up to date during each stage of the loan process and real estate transaction via phone calls, text messages and email. Kay even came to the closing. Kay exudes pride in her work and enthusiasm which was contagious and comforting during our home purchase. KC Mortgage, LLC was recommended to me by a friend and I owe that friend many thanks, because Kay was great to work with and saved us a significant amount of money by offering the lowest rate among the 4 companies we shopped.
