Harbor Landscape Co

Our requirements were not met, not even close.  We contracted for over 7 tons of material, received less than 1 ton.  Waterfall looks like it was built by a complete amateur or 10 year child.  Harbor Landscape argued about terms, did not complete project and would not provide an invoice of materials bought for project.  They left a complete mess in our yard; dirt piles, rocks, dead plants.  Rubber lining shows all around the waterfall and hose for the waterfall was left loose at top of waterfall.  Water sprays outside the waterfall area when you turn it on.  The "pondless" pond is a huge crater of different sized rocks, it is a crying shame.  When we hired another company to fix the problems, that company said they have had to fix many problems created by Harbor Landscape for other customers.  We are now out the initial $1500 plus an additional $3,000 to fix the problems created by Harbor.  DO NOT CONTRACT ANY JOB WITH THIS COMPANY!  Read the other google complaints about this company, we did not see them first and we paid the price!
