My wife and I hadn't had our carpets professionally cleaned for a few years and needed to do so badly. One of the three rooms needing cleaned had a terrible urine smell from a dog who had difficulty making it outside. I learned of Grime Fighters from a friend and called them. They offered several different services and I chose to have them come to my house. They showed up on time and ready for work! Grime Fighters paid special attention to the area of the urine smell and completely removed the odor. The work done in my house was excellent and timely. From the minute they got there, they were concerned about what I wanted and showed both professionalism and skill. All three of my rooms were steam cleaned and the carpets looked new afterwards. Best of all, no more odor! Originally I had no intention on having my couches steamed, however, after seeing the quality of work on the carpet I asked if they could do them as well. There was no hesitation from Grime Fighters and they were happy to help! The couches looked and smelled fantastic afterwards.
The specialist that came to my house was very well mannered, skilled and professional! At no time was I concerned to have him in my residence, he took great care when moving furniture and moving his equipment.
