Frailey Roofing LLC

Scott and Anne L. Frailey Roofing was awesome to work with and did an excellent job replacing our asphalt shingle roof with concrete tile in the fall of 2019. They also did a remarkable job installing new gutters and downspouts. In addition, there were several items of significance outside the original scope-of-work that they completed to perfection with no additional charge. The owners (Randy and Angela) were excellent to work with throughout the process. They were always very personable, patient and responsive to every observation or question that we raised. It was refreshing to work with such a professional local business with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Frailey Roofing!

We had some minor roof damage from hail. Called Frailey and was told it would be two weeks before anyone could come out. Considering the numerous glowing reviews on this and other sites I gladly added my name to their list. Randy came out as promised at the agreed time (though he thought he was running late?). Randy quickly identified the scope of work to be done and quoted what seemed a reasonable price for the job which was then scheduled for the following Monday. Randy did inform me that it would not be possible to match the current tiles but he would come close and hide the new tiles in the back.

Monday came and no one showed up. I called the office and was told that the materials were ordered on Monday but installation would occur on Tuesday or Wednesday.....ok, no problem. Thursday afternoon a gentlemen showed up and said that he was there to repair my roof......uh, sure? When the work was done I had asked the gentlemen if he rearranged the tiles as Randy had promised but he informed me that they were the same tiles I had. I was in the middle of a remodeling project at the time and did not venture out to look (my fault) but the new tiles are significantly lighter than the existing tiles. This would not bother me so much had Randy not mentioned this and agreed to hide them as much as possible.

I received a bill via snail mail about a week later for more than the agreed price. I called their office and left a message and then emailed them with my concerns and request an itemized statement breaking down unit cost for insurance. Another week goes by and rather than responding to my message or email I get a past due reminder in the mail.

I truly believe that this is a good company. I think that the scope of my job was too small and details fell through the cracks. That said, I am far too busy to have to keep following up to get a company to deliver what they promise.

Service was great. Frailey Roofing came out the same day I called, and were professional. I would def be using them in the future to install additional venting and/or a new roof in the future.

Wow! I called Frailey Roofing on a Friday and had Randy Frailey at my door on Saturday morning with business card in hand.  Very professional and prompt company. Randy assessed the damage and offered two quotes; one to repair as was and one to upgrade the ventilation system design in order to mitigate future problems.  We absolutely took his 25 + years of experience and advice and the upgrade. The Frailey crew were here the following Monday and the work was completed that day. They even took pictures during the repair and provided us a better understanding of the project.  I can't tell you how refreshing it was to work with such great people and now to walk into winter with the confidence that our roof is okay.  Thank you Frailey's!

My experience went well.  They came in $1500 less than the other estimates and they were professional and checked out.  I recommend them.  They were great.  His wife handled all the paperwork and she was really good.  Her husband did the roof, he was really good.

Despite being extremely busy due to all of the storm damaged roofs in the area, Randy fit me into his schedule and came out to replace several cracked roof tiles.  He first took off one tile to use it to match the new tiles as closely as possible and then moved the new tiles to an area no one can see and moved older tiles to replace the cracked ones.  His price was more than fair and he even left me some extra tiles so I have spare ones in the event I have cracks in the future.
