Within a short time of my inquiry, I got a return call and we set a time to do the estimate. At that time, the owner, Gerry Reif, asked questions about which parts of the fence we wanted done. He spent time talking with me about what products were available and which one would be best for our application. This is a relatively new fence and I wanted to use a product that will give years of protection to the fence, and therefore lower the maintenance cost.
He called when he was on his way (and he was on time) for the cleaning. He also called en route on the day he sealed the fence. He taped and papered around walls and gate hardware. He moved rocks and covered them so as not to "paint" the rocks, too.
Not only did he pay attention to details, but he is knowledgeable and pleasant. I was comfortable to have him working around our home and I recommend him without reservations.
