About us

I have been in the business of installing exterior trim and siding on new custom homes for 30 years. My crew has trimmed literally thousands of homes in the Denver metro area. We have also built and repaired hundreds of decks. Recently, I decided to try being a Home Advisor contractor. My specialty is saving decks and siding. I can save homeowners much money by replacing only what needs to be replaced. My decades of experience with all types of siding enables me to make that call. If the entire house does need to be resided, my crew can do that at the lowest price available & with the highest quality. Same story with decks. If it can be saved with some love we can do it. If the whole thing needs to go, we can build it for you for the most reasonable price you can get. Plenty of references, & have Workmens Comp & liability. insurance.

Ken and his crew are the best! Fair and honest pricing. They were 50% less than other bids I received, and did high quality excellent work. They showed up on time, demonstrated a good work ethic, were friendly and polite. They would definitely be successful in small town America, where to be successful you have to be good and fair because everyone in town knows about everyone in town, right!? I moved from small town Wyoming to Castle Rock 4 years ago, and it's amazing how many businesses in this metro area would not make it in a small town. Exterior Experts are A+

Prompt estimate - prompt job completion - excellent workmanship and the estimator understood what I wanted and the deck was built exactly as I requested. My only complaint is that the workmen didn't clean up as I would have liked and they covered an electrical cord for the heating tape - I had to dig that up again.
