Don is a true professional. He listened to what we wanted, came up with very close matches, and in just two days we had 3 good candidates to purchase. In every respect, Don was very helpful, from negotiations with the seller to helping us find local contractors for work that needed to be done. In several cases, his knowledge of the market and home buying/selling saved us money, and gave us a bit of an edge over the sellers. We have moved and purchased homes many times, and I feel Don was the best agent we have used so far. I would recommend him to anyone.
