We sent out for a quote on Angie's list on Sunday and received a call that night to schedule for next day between 8 and noon. We received a call prior to arrival within that window and a quick diagnosis. Our part needed to be ordered and once received we for a call to come within a two hour window the next day. Flint explained the situation in detail, gave options and his quote matched the bill to the penny. We are very happy with the work and will be using this team for our future needs.

They responded to my phone message, helped diagnose the issue over the phone, researched the needed part, called me to let me know the part was out of production and avaliable only on ebay. This was done without charging me!! This is a perfect definition of top flight customer service.

I called on a Saturday and was able to schedule for Monday. Honest service without extra charge for unnecessary parts, even after I had misdiagnosed the problem. Was forthcoming on the initial call about the fact that I would probably need additional parts. He also pointed out the various parts of the dryer and explained in depth each parts role in the problem. Would definitely hire again.

Flint, the technician, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fit us into his busy schedule both for the initial visit to determine the problem and for installation when he received the washer motor and control board. They were able to get us scheduled for the next day, and had the part ready when they arrived. They called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, and made sure I was comfortable with the price estimate, which was the same as the amount of the final payment. Professional and responsive, will be using again.

On time, on quote, and we just had the trip charge. Error code on the panel as well as the further repair would be too much, so Diamond recommended to potentially get a new washer. I appreciated their honesty. Nice people to work with - I would hire them again.

It was a great experience! Not only did the repair go smoothly, but since we really needed the microwave soon, the repair man made the effort to come earlier than his established schedule allowed. In addition, he provided advice related to two additional appliances, which will help me to do some easy fixes myself, instead of needing to call someone else to do the work. He was very helpful.

He gave us options and suggested that first we let it dry on its own for about a week and plug it back in. Currently we have it so that its delivering the gas but we have to use match to turn it on. I haven't tried to turn it back on yet. He said the other option would be to replace the elements if it doesn't work after drying out. He gave us a price for the second option as well. After he explained everything I felt that I had a good sense of what my options were. I've used him in the past and have also recommended him to friends and family.

Flint was fantastic! He came out to our house right away. He has fixed our dishwasher at our rental property as well as our dishwasher at our primary residence. He also fixed a difficult repair with or washing machine. I would hire him for any appliance needs.
