DAMON PAINTING

Chuck said all the right things during the quote process and gave me a good price, however the work was never done to my satisfaction. Chuck had promised to pay special attention to the trim above the windows, but I found at least 3 that looked as if they had not been painted. Clean up was horrible. I was able to fill a garbage can lid fill of paint chips and caulk. His crew used my hoses to clean up, I found them covered in dry paint. They got exterior paint on the inside door trim. Some of the caulking around the windows was not done. They did not caulk and scrap the chimney. And the list went on. When I complained, Chuck had his crew came back to fix the list of about a dozen items, I wanted touched up. They spent about 5 minutes touching up one of the windows, then left two 5-gallon buckets of paint open in my yard with the brushes sticking in them. My wife found the ruined paint several hours later. Chuck promised to fix the issues, but has not yet done so.

THE COMPLETED JOB WAS HIGHLY SATISFACTORY, COMPLETED ON TIME AND PERFORMED BY COURTEOUS, HARD-WORKING PAINTERS. A NUMBER OF OTHER PAINTERS WERE CONTACTED PRIOR TO AWARDING CONTRACT TO DAMON PAINTING AND NONE OF THOSE MET OUR EXPECTATIONS AS DID DAMON PAINTING.
