COVA Tree pruned our big elm after winter kill; it was heavily damaged. Their quote was the best one we received, Their service was outstanding, from Michael, the owner, and his crew, Josh andTyler: They were prompt and courteous Michael made an extra trip out here, as we had several questions As we were inspecting their work, Tyler asked me to let him know if I saw any more dead branches. Their work was very good. The tree looks great, given the stress it endured. After pruning, they cleaned and swept; you would not know they were here. We will have them return next year to complete the work, or replace the tree, if need be.

The entire process was conducted in a professional manner. Highly unusual for most tree trimming companies. The customer service was outstanding. They followed up on everything beginning with acknowledgement of the contract to informing you what the time frame the trimming crew was going to arrive. The trimming team was courteous and efficient. Cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend them.

They showed up when they said they would. They were very curteus and friendly on the phone. They were prompt and efficient. They did the whole thing while I was away and left 0 mess. It was like they were never even there other than the fact that my trees had been trimmed.

COVA was reasonably priced, showed up right on time, did a great job and customer service was outstanding.

Cova had the best price and once I decided to go with them, they were at my house and had my trees trimmed up and looking good in just a few days. There was a mix up and my requested estimate got lost in the shuffle, so I had to call back (thus the 4 stars). Staff was friendly and worked quickly to get to my house and give me as estimate. Otherwise, really happy with their work.

I hired COVA over the other companies that provided me estimates, because they are the only company that gave me the estimate in writing. They had the estimate emailed over to me the day after their visit. They also emailed a copy of their insurance, when I asked if they were insured. Everyone I worked with at Cova was friendly and professional. I plan on having them back for some more tree work. Their pricing was in line with the other quotes I had received.
