I get that this was a large job, but the way this work was carried out was extraordinarily unprofessional and beyond frustrating. The work was shoddy and took months longer than expected, leaving our roommates with no bathroom for months. We started out with a fair quote and with Samuel B as our main POC responsible for this project. The job was supposed to take 4 visits and be completed in just a few weeks. The first visit went well, pipes were installed under concrete and things seemed to be going well. However, we then could not get in contact with Samuel and had an extremely difficult time getting the company to continue with the project. Sometimes someone would be scheduled to show up and we'd get a no show, sometimes people we hadn't seen before on the project would come and be completely confused on what work they were doing. We were confused as to why this was happening- after numerous calls, we found that Samuel was MIA in Texas and no longer working on this project. Work after this first visit was horrible- messy concrete pour, trash everywhere, wrong valve installed, and a shower pan installed so poorly that the pipe ended above the pan and water pooled in the pan. The man who installed the pan seemed extraordinarily confused on the process of how to install a pan and yelled at me about the pan, so I attempted to calm him down by offering to leave work to pick up some new parts at a home depot for him, to which he declined. He also charged the wrong amount for the finished job. The company found this out months later, long after our GC finished the shower and fixed the numerous errors with the shower pan. I'd recommend staying away from this company or adding into the contract/work order that work must be completed within a certain amount of time to avoid issues with missing project leads. Yikes!

Toilet replacement

David came to the house to service our A/C unit (doesn't cool off the house). Said it all checked out but possible issue could be the sofa was over the return and also our A/C unit was not large enough for the size of our home. Did a few checks and told me to follow up with Ryan for a quote for a larger A/C unit. I called and left Ryan a message with no return call ever.

Affordable Plumbing and Heating and Air Conditioning did a good job! They were honest, professional, and great to work with and we would hire them again and recommend them to others.

Walter was very prompt in getting back to me and to come by to see what needed to be done. He then scheduled a visit two days later to replace numerous old shutoff valves that were already leaking or would soon start to leak. He was friendly, professional, accomodating and timely. I would use him again.

It was good. They were timely. They came in and did their thing.

They're excellent and I do use them regularly.

We've used them several times here and I would recommend them. We keep calling them back when if we need them. They're professional, and they did their job and like I said we call them when we need them. We've been here six years, so we've called them several times and I would call them again. That's my go to company.

It's been okay. We've used them for a number of years and I don't know if I'm going to continue using them. I had them out twice this year and they've been bought out by a larger company. I don't think their service is as good as it used to be.

Everytime they have been here I have been very pleased.

It went well, however we will not know the final results until we get very cold weather to see if the furnace will cause ceiling damage
anymore.

The bolts were so rusted under the toilet tank that one actually had to be sawed off.  He wasn't sure if he could do it without cracking the porcelain, which would have meant having to buy a whole new toilet.  He absolutely had the opportunity to increase the sale by purposely cracking the tank, and he didn't.   He was able to get the bolts off without damaging the tank.  He was able to get everything done in under 45 minutes.  He came on time, was super polite and wonderful at explaining what he was doing and why.  He even scrubbed the rust stains off the back of the toilet base.  I am super happy with Bel Air and would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

This is just the most recent date when Belair has serviced my A/C.  They have also maintained my furnace since we moved into our home in 2002.  I can absolutely recommend this company.   Most of my service visits have been conducted by Carl.  He has always been on time, very professional, and totally honest.  Several years ago I had read about the 40% higher efficiency of new furnaces and asked him about this.  He explained that I could get that type of improvement if my furnace was 30+ years old (mine was 15), but that my furnace was in great shape and I wasn't likely to see that kind of improvement.  That honesty means so much to me.  I know that I can trust what he tells me, and if he says it's time to repair or replace something, it's the truth.  I also appreciate that Carl has the heart of a teacher, and I learn something new about my furnace and A/C every time he services them.  Working with Belair has been a great experience.  When it IS time to replace my furnace, Belair will be the company I use. 

Had made the appointment about 6 days ago.  I was advised when I called  they were very busy as Denver was having temperatures  over 100 degrees days. .  I had heard they do good service from a former neighbor  that had a furnace installed several years ago.   Also they are a Trane repair service which our AC is.  They called earlier in the day and told me when to expect the serviceman.  He was prompt and on time and very professional.  A very nice man.  I will call them again next time I need service on the AC and or furnace.  Excellent service. and good price too.

Our Trane central air had a slow freon leak and over time would slowely lose cooling capacity.  When Bel-Air technician came to the house he was able to identify component with the leak and also found an issue with the interior condsenser coil acutally being too small for the external unit.  They checked the main component and verified that it was still under warranty, saving us a huge sum of money, and performed all of the work necessary to replace both coils and ensure the entire system was working properly.  The technicians were knowledgable and straight forward about the problems and the repair.  The repair took longer and used more material than anticipated but they stuck to their quote.  All of the work was completed to a professional level and they ensured that they left no trace of them being in the house.
We will definatly continue to use Bel-Air for all of our HVAC needs.

The technician (Steve) arrived a few minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He found the problem immediately - the pilot light was out. He gave me some advice on possible reasons for the light being out. After he left and later in the day I discovered that the pilot light on my waterheater was also out. I relit it and I've had no problems since. A month or so later I discovered that the utility company had changed my gas meter outside and failed to let me know. That was reason I had no pilot lights! I wouldn't hesitate to call Bel-Air again for service and I've recommended them to other people.

Mr. Denis was on time, professional, and patiently and completely answered my questions.  His work corrected the problem and stopped the leak as promised.  My experience was consistent with all plumbing and A/C work done by Bel Air for me.

CAME THE SAME DAY THAT THEY WERE CALLED, EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEARLY AND COMPLETED THE WORK IN A PROMPT MANNER, MAKING SURE THAT THEY DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS BEHIND. VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS GREAT! WE LIVE IN AN OLDER TRAILER WITH VERY OLD PIPES THAT THEY NO LONGER MANUFACTURE PARTS FOR. BECAUSE OF THIS IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT FOR THE PLUMBER TO FIX OUR DRAINS, BUT HE WAS VERY CREATIVE AND GAVE US A FIX THAT WE CAN USE AS WELL.

VERY GOOD. ESTIMATOR CAME OUT AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS NEEDED AND WHAT THEY COULD DO TO HELP CORRECT THE PROBLEM. WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. NO MESS. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
