The installation required a wire to be run from outside to inside the house.  The area that the cable was run through was not sealed and water leaked in and into the house.  When we called to have it fixed they were not only totally unhelpful, the secretary told me "well I dont know what you expect me to do about your problem".  We spent over $2000 on the well control panel and installation and were treated horribly.  I will never do business with this company again.  They do not honor any work they do.

Our well pump controller box went out late in the afternoon and we called around to see if anyone could fix it right away since we had no water. No one else was able to come out but Colorado pump service did thank goodness. Jeremy stayed until 10 pm to fix the box so we would have water. I was so grateful for them getting the job done right away. They definitely went above and beyond!
