Colorado Carpet and Flooring was outstanding from start to finish. When I first contacted Mike Boire, I had not yet committed on this company for our carpeting needs.  However, after our 20 minute phone conversation, it became apparent that Mike not only "knows" carpet, but is passionate about it as well.  His knowledge and professionalism was far above his competitors.  He has no showroom, so all the initial evaluation and product selection takes place in your home, with your furniture and your paint colors. Mike presented an unbiased presentation of different choices from different price points, never pushing us towards a more expensive product.  After our initial meeting, Mike answered our questions promptly and completely.  We ultimately decided on Smart Strand carpet for our project. The contract was completed online, and installation was set up in a very timely manner. 

The installation was as seamless as the product selection.  Edgar, in charge of the installation, was professional and very courteous.  he allowed my children to watch him work, and they really got a kick out of this.  The finished product was outstanding, finished on time, and looked better than we imagined.  We had one small issue that we brought to Mike's attention, and this was addressed immediately and without hesitation.  

We are getting ready to complete a basement remodel project, and have already contacted Colorado Carpet and Flooring for this project as well. I would not let any other company work on the flooring in our house ever again. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet at honest pricing with impeccable installation.
