It was a pleasure working with Nate and Sam who installed a whole home steam humidifier for me in a difficult location. Their cost was very reasonable and they made sure the system would work for me. My house is circa 1946 and the crawlspace under the house around the forced air furnace is not large enough for a more traditional steam humidification system using existing ductwork. We opted for an independent ductless system that could be installed in the laundry room with the steam & fan vent into the room that houses my grand piano. I would highly recommend Colorado Bear Heat & Air to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient HVAC company. These guys are great!

Colorado Bear Heating and Air gave me the most genuine effort to fix my system out of 8 companies I called. In these tough economic situations EVERY DOLLAR counts. Nate (owner) and his tech spent over an hour trying to diagnose my problem to keep costs down. The other guys 10 minutes on average and some 5 minutes. I received quotes from all the companies and Nate saved me thousands and explained everything in detail. My wife said “ these guys GENUINELY CARE” so as the saying goes Happy wife Happy life. We hire CBHA to do the job and replace the air conditioner and furnace. They told us when they would start, be working and complete the job and EVERYTHING went as they said it would. 100% will NEVER use another company for HVAC. I was having a gas leak issue with one of my furnaces and Nate came out and quickly diagnosed the problem with a faulty gas valve inside my furnace. He explained the problem, showed me the faulty valve, and went over my options before diving into the fixes. He also did a thorough tune-up and cleaning of my furnace which involved cleaning off my fan wheel and 2nd stage heat exchanger from caked on dust that was causing inefficiency in my furnace. Again, he showed me pictures of the problem and let me make the decision to get those items removed to cleaned with upfront information on the costs. I will definitely use Colorado Bear H&A again for my HVAC needs and both Nate and the owner are just very honest and genuine people to work with. I can tell they care about their customers and aren't trying to upsell any services that aren't necessary.
