I am very happy with the work that Clifton Homes did for me. They did a basement remodel, including rebuilding part of the basement damaged by a water leak, as well as adding additional bedrooms. While their prices were very fair, the quality of their work was exceptional; I am very pleased with the final product. Andy was very easy to work with, always available to talk about issues or changes that I wanted to make. And when I did have an issue with something, Andy was very quick to get it resolved, without complaint. I would work with them again without hesitation.

I am a very picky customer and I was impressed by the quality of work by the crew. Communication was good and completion goals were met. I very much appreciated that Andy uses a small crew of professionals rather than a large group of random guys. I was really pleased and would recommend this company. Andy is a reputable, honest contractor. It was a really pleasant experience.

The estimate was just around $20,000 but it was only like a small part of the basement. I was very pleased with the interactions I had with Andy. He was always very responsive right through the whole process. He was very available whenever I wanted to talk to him. He brought in some of his contractors to help with the bid. I liked his bid well enough but it was just that the other guys that bid, I liked them better. He was just a good guy to deal with. Andy didn’t include some stuff that I wanted to have included, and the other guy did.

They are almost complete with the job at this time and I am very pleased with it.They are very professional and they do excellent job. I would call them perfectionists.
