I went to Box Drop to look for a King size mattress. Carl was thorough in explaining the specifications of the mattresses. He went above and beyond to make sure that i had all the information to make the right choice. The shop has a wide variety of products and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place for the great price, perfect product and wonderful customer experience.

The whole process was smooth, simple, and easy. I arrived for my appointment time with Carl, and he was extremely punctual with the time-frame, even finishing with another client at the time. There were a lot of options to choose from, and he helped me out by giving me the specs on each one as I tried them out. I easily found which one suited me and was it was a quick road to getting into the right mattress.

Carl was very helpful in helping us find couches that will best fit our home. He was not like most salesman that follow you around and try to pressure you into the most expensive piece, but rather he let us just look around until we found the ones we liked best.
