 + -1 moreBob, the owner, arrived on time to conduct a home inspection on a home built in 1969. His company is a member of the International Society of Home Inspectors and abides by their standards. He is also certified by this organization. The inspection was $225.00 plus $95.00 for an optional Radon gas test of the basement area and took about 2 1/2 hours. He was very thorough and detailed. All of his observed data, test results and notes were entered into a laptop computer as he went. I was very impressed with his state-of-the-art tools for measuring Radon and register temperatures on his HAVC tests. We had a copy via email later the next morning. When the inspection was complete he spent time going over his findings and answered any and all questions including some not related to normal home inspection items. He was very knowledgeable and his years of experience was evident. His inspection saved us thousands in subsequent negotiations on the house.
Description of Work: Home inspection and radon gas test on a home built in 1969. The report provided covered structural, exterior, roof, plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, interior, insulation and ventilation, solid fuel burning appliances and fireplace, all appliances, exposed irrigation piping.
