A K Drains

We used him because he had done some work for us several years ago and was through a different provider. We spent between $150 and $200. Fortunately, he did not have to pull anything out because it was accessible, so he got in there and replaced it and did a beautiful job. We will definitely call him again and we have recommended him to others. He actually came out and looked at the work before he did job at the end of the day on his way home. We like his personal touch and also because he did not just do the estimate over the phone. He gave us the quote and said that was what he was going to charge and that is what he charged. It actually took a little bit longer than he estimated it would take, but he did not charge us anymore. We used him back in 2004 when we were first here because we had some things that needed to be done and it was covered us the homeowners warranty. A few years later we had an issue with a drain in the shower and we called him and asked him what needed to be done and also what I had done to try and fix the problem. He said that we had done it right and had fixed the problem and he was on the phone with me for 15 minutes and did not charge us anything. He did not act like he was put out or anything, but was very friendly and joked the whole time, so that was why we called him. We were hoping that he was going to come in lower and he did. He is a super guy. He is going to be the one we call when we need to have our drains done.
