They weren't willing to wait for our insurance to pay them, so we had to pay them in full before they started the work. Since Houston was inundated with Hurricane Harvey, they got people from other states to come and take care of the business. The 911 Restoration people, that did the work on our home, were from Colorado. On September 12th they only worked for a few hours and then left without finishing the work. That same day they sprayed for mold with one bottle which I didn't think was enough. They told us that they had to leave because they needed to leave to head to Florida for Hurricane Irma. They also messed up our bill because we asked them to do additional work in the garage.
Description of Work: We had water damage from Hurricane Harvey and we hired them to remove the kitchen cabinets and the countertops, the bathtub, the drywall in the garage, and also spray for mold.
