Company did an extraordinary job. I am 73 years old and I have never before employed a painting company that does this quality of work. Their prep work is what really distinguishes them. They scrape, sand and prime all areas that need it. They then caulk not only window frames , but every corner and transition so that no water can get behind the paint. They thoroughly coated the unpainted posts and beams with Sikkens Pro finish. They used a high grade of paint so that the job will last. They masked and used drop clothes so no paint ends up where it doesn't belong. Jose Padilla, the owner, is very professional and great to deal with. I have referred them to neighbors who had similar experiences.
