We worked with Altura to finish our basement. We had a small footprint but were able to add a conforming bedroom, bathroom, and living room. As well as some much-needed storage and all of our mechanical equipment. Matt was great to work with from designing our floorplan to maximize space to doing punch list walk-throughs.

Altura did an outstanding job on my condo renovation. They managed a full top-to-bottom remodel and delivered it on time and under budget! The results far exceeded our expectations (check out the before-and-after photos). Throughout the project, they paid close attention to every detail and had great suggestions for how to maximize the value-add to the property. They completely transformed the kitchen and bathroom, replaced all the flooring and lighting, relocated an electrical panel, and handled painting and exterior touch-ups. I’m incredibly happy with the quality of their work and their professionalism, and I’ll definitely work with them again on future renovation projects.
