Appliance Repair
Responded promptly, called when on the way, arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and honest. Not being familiar with the Viking Oven, he wanted to research before tearing into the oven. Called the next day and apologized that he was not going to be able to help. Advised that I call Viking to get an authorized repairman.

It went great. George came on a Tuesday, diagnosed the problem and returned on Friday with the correct part to do the repair. Ice maker works fine now. Seemed a little expensive, but beats buying a new fridge. Would have appreciated a little more communication up front about what the repair was going to cost, but would definitely recommend him.

Refrigerator/Freezer stopped working. George diagnosed the problem immediately , replaced the part and instead of buying a new refrigerator we now have a functioning unit again. He was punctual, called ahead to see if it was convenient to stop by and was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with, We had called a number of other businesses who failed to return our call, but George returned our call almost immediately and was there within hours.
