Extremely professional and knowledgeable. When the work was inspected by the city to comply with permits there was only compliments on work done.

Tim Hunter, owner, came out for the estimate, answered all my questions without trying to upsell anything to me. I had my estimates done and his price was the best. He was always prompt and professional. I am very pleased with his work.

He does furnace replacement, remodel and new construction. He will run denting and mostly furnace, air conditioning and swamp coolers. He doesn't deal with boilers so much. He is responsive and I felt like I got honest answers out of him. He didn't try selling me anything or upgrading.

I haved used Tim for years now. You can always count on the issue will be fixed the first time and it will be done right. He also has extensive knowledge of all areas of building which really helps.

I have used them for about ten years. He is always helpful, he is knowledgeable, it is easy to get hold of him, and he is very reasonable. He'll look at something and tell you if you can let it go for awhile or if you need to get it done right away. I like that. We have used him repeatedly but we don't need him very often.
