They picked everything up went ok. They put in storage charged us insurance, but did not have an actual policy! Moved our items to new residence damaged items and had 3 missing boxes with expensive items. They said they boxes were not missing and the paper I signed was not stating the 3 missing boxes- the driver had me intentionally sign a different piece of paper. They refused to acknowledge the missing items and now my amozon account it being hacked into due to someone having my kindle "one of the missing box items"
