Water Heater Service, Plumbing
I would be very careful about using this company, and if you do, check your bill carefully. I was given an estimate for installing a tankless heater. Security camera footage showed the plumber was there for half of the 6 hours charged. Also, he ran the pipes directly behind the door inside of the closet, blocking off entrance to the closet! I had to make a second appointment to get the plumbing moved to the sides of the closet for which I was also charged! After arguing on the phone they recalculated the bill, but added "miscellaneous" fees, a 300% markup on common plumbing connectors, and sales tax to the second bill. I called again and spoke to Bridgitt, who started the conversation with, "I'm looking forward to you paying your bill today." Not worth the headache.
