After replacing a pilot coupler on our furnace, the pilot still kept shutting off (this was in the mountains in December). Over the course of the next 3 weeks, we called three times and each time were promised a return visit. On the third call, Huck even set a specific date and time for his visit. He did not show and we never heard from him again.
