 + -1 moreAfter replacing a pilot coupler on our furnace, the pilot still kept shutting off (this was in the mountains in December). Over the course of the next 3 weeks, we called three times and each time were promised a return visit. On the third call, Huck even set a specific date and time for his visit. He did not show and we never heard from him again.
Description of Work: Attempted to repair our furnace because the pilot light was shutting off every few days. He replaced the pilot coupler. He said to let him know if the new coupler did not solve the problem - that there might be a problem with the gas valve.
