Home Building
Badly. Mr. Cortez built the house we bought in 2010. We have a very loud noise in the house and couldn't identify its source, so we called Mr. Cortez to help us out to identify it since he had built the house and knew what it is behind the walls. The noise is so loud that it sometimes wakes me up when I'm sleeping since it comes from an area close to my bedroom. I talked to Mr. Cortez who said he would come to check it out the following Monday. He never came and never called again. When I left more messages he never returned calls either. I see this as a lack of accountability and professionalism, which is certainly not what you expect of a home builder.
