Initially, I appreciate the quick response I received when I called customer service with questions about the product. We received a generic order confirmation and never received information about an expected ship date. Several phone calls and emails did eventually result in a response. When the shipping company called to make delivery arrangements, I discovered that there was an additional fee to have the heavy shed taken off the truck. Again, several emails and phone calls and I was able to get the company to handle this but I never received a reply letting me know that the "gate fee" was approved. Finally, we received a damaged shed. To save the hassle of a shipment replacement, we did our best to patch the damage and requested a partial refund since we accepted a damaged product. My emails were never returned and, finally, I reached Mitch via phone and he refused to consider a partial reimbursement since we had built the shed. The wholesaler has also not replied.
