Auto Body Work
The gave us an incorrect quote, then adjusted it upwards. Initially, The replacement bumper came back a different color from the rest of the car. They missed a lot of details. We complained and ended up taking it back to them 3 times, making the work last 2 weeks instead of one week. To their credit, the were responsive to each complaint, made good on everything and eventually did much more work than initially agreed to without charging us more. They are very decent people and everything eventually turned out well (for us) but the experience was frustrating and I don't think I'd do business with them again.
