Carpet Installation
I was impressed with this company.
They had a guy come out and do the measurement. He was very efficient and did his job well. I was specific about how I wanted the carpet laid. Whenever something was different than how I wanted, they explained why it had to be done another way. For example, I wanted the carpet laid down in one direction. In order to stay within my budget it had to be laid a different direction.
My only complaint is that when I called I always got a different person. The original person I spoke with wouldn't be in, so I had to speak with someone else. There was a lot of paperwork. Although the price was reasonable, there was some confusion about the total costs. The bill I got in the mail was different than the one I got in person.
