We are buying a house that hasn't been lived in in nearly 2 years. The kitchen sink would not drain, & we tried everything. One of Teds guys come out & snake the drain. It was badly clogged up with roots. After snaking it twice, the sink did drain. My husband has removed the bush, & dug out the roots causing this problem. The sink is having trouble draining again, but I have mentioned it to Ted & I'm confident it will be handled soon ~ the roots had several year to invade & it's not a quick fix! Ted came out again to install black pipe for propane & safety valves for appliances. He spent quite a bit of time here over several days; he showed up when he said he would, had the right tools needed, he was polite & friendly. He went above & beyond to make sure the job was done right. He also arranged for the state inspector, & was here when the inspector showed up. I feel confident using Ted's Plumbing!
