Johnny Clements, Eagle Construction owner called me and said that he completed the job. I went over to the job site but he hadn't removed the stump. He said it was going to be too difficult to do so and didn't want to remove the stump to begin with even though we talked that we required that he remove the stump. He was angry when I said we wouldn't pay him until he removed the stump. We finally settled for a lesser amount and he demanded being paid immediately. Despite my reservation, my wife talked me into paying him immediately. I was furious to discover that the following morning he had dumped all of the tree limbs back on the front lawn. I called the cops but they wouldn't do anything saying it was a civil matter. This guy is a real shyster and should absolutely be avoided!!!

It went pretty well. I found that you have to keep reminding them a bit, but they came and did the job. It worked and it seems to be ok.
