+ -1 moreBlack Hills Energy had a rebate program for new central air conditioners. We wanted to see if we could get a rebate through this program. Canon Supply Inc. knew this but installed a central air conditioner which they knew would not qualify for the rebate program. The one they installed has a lot of negative reviews online. I have asked for a warranty for both the air conditioner and the furnace which they installed last year. No response so far. On the positive side, Canon Supply Inc. was prompt and efficient in installing the new unit.
