I was referred to them from a friend of mine who had used them for some years. They were happy with their service and I have also been. I've used them three different times now and they have been very helpful. First time we used them we didn't even know where the septic tank opening was and they spent a couple hours finding it for us. They had to call and bring in equipment so it was a pretty big ordeal and they still charged just a standard fee for it. I was impressed with that.
