This place is fabulous. When I dropped off the machine to be worked on they new exactly what had happened and how to fix it. The repairs were completed by the date I was told it would be ready and the machine works as good as new. I thought the cost of the repair was very reasonable. Not a problem what so ever. I highly recommend Arrow to anyone who needs a lawnmower or other small piece of equipment repaired.

Everything went fine on July 25th. But on Sunday the 18th of August while doing our laundry we had another backup in the basement (nothing big, just black water, less than half a gallon but we knew we had to take care of it). I called Bill's and they came out on a Sunday (of course there is a Sunday charge). Luckily, Bill's has a 30 day Service Guarantee for main house sewer line against root stoppage only. The Sunday charge was $265 but they deducted the the $185 from July 25th leaving me with an $80 bill. I am very satisfied with Bill's Plumbing and Drain Service.

They were extremely competent and did a very good job. They had to take a bunch of parts, including the motor, apart and they actually took photographs of what they did. They had photographs of the bad parts and as they got into it they gave me a very detailed explanation. They knew what they were doing. They were very competent and their prices were extremely reasonable for what they did. We were shocked because we were expecting a couple hundred dollars and it was just 65.00. They did a great job and it's been working ever since. They did what they were supposed to do in a timely fashion and they charged a real reasonable price for it.
